Search parameters
|
All parameter areas 'keyword(s)', 'author(s)', 'source code OR executable', 'parallel version', record in/after year' and 'programming languages' are optional and logically AND connected. You must enter at least one keyword or author name.
|
| |
Search by keywords
|
A maximum of 20 keywords can be entered, each separated by comma or newline. Their logical context (and/or) must be chosen above the input box. Underneath please specify the query's target fields, where a full text search will be applied on. Both '*' and '%' act as wildcard characters.
|
| |
Search by authors
|
Max. 20 author names should be given either like [lastname][comma][firstname/initials] or like [firstname/initials][blank][lastname]. Multiple names must be separated by newlines. Choose their logical context (and/or) above the box and send them into full text search. Again '*' and '%' act as wildcard characters.
|
| |
Other search parameters
|
- source code OR executable :
Search for software available in the chosen form or one of both.
- parallel version :
Search for available parallel software.
- record in/after year :
Show records updated in/after the given year.
- programming languages :
Search for software available in the chosen language.
|
| |
Programming languages
|
Most common languages can be ticked. Others please name below, in multiple case separate by commas. Select nothing to accept all languages.
All predefined and typed languages are logically OR connected. Full text search is applied on a string, which contains a record's comma separated languages. Please use no blanks or special characters within other language names (e.g. 'Fortran77', not 'Fortran 77').
|
| |
Query results
|
The list of query results shows recently updated records first. Clicking a record's title opens its detailed description in a new browser window.
Go [ back ] to review (and change) your last-entered query parameters; going [ home ] resets all fields empty.

Please update the random password after your next login.
|
| |
Automailer identification
|
In order to help you exclusively, the automailer needs to identify you amongst all registered users. Therefore please enter your real name, username
or your registered email address. All three fields are optional, but at least one must be filled. The details you give must match one single registered
user.
|
| |
Change your login data
|
At the bottom of your software list you will find a link to change your login data.
Any changes must be confirmed with your double-entered password. Changing your email address will be passed on to the contact address fields
of all your software entries.
|
| |
Unregister
|
Use the same link under your software list as for changing your login data. The button 'unregister' will do what it says, if you
double-entered your password and if all your software records have been deleted before. This must be done manually to avoid erasure
by accidental button usage.
