At any arrangement of charged particles the visualization of field lines and a single equipotential surface can be activated. The number of field lines emanating from a particle is constant and is not a measure for the respective charge.
The activation of field lines and equipotential surfaces takes place in the window "Electric Field and Potential". Entering or changing a value for the potential can only be done when holding the Ctrl key down.
