Semi-Stable 3-body problem

Simulation; s-3-3_body-problem.txt

A 3-body configuration with mutually attracting objects is known to result in irregular movements. A general mathematical solution does not exist. However, a special arrangement of three object with special starting conditions leads to a semi-stable situation were each of the three particles moves on an 8-like track. This configuration is stable for small changes of the starting conditions.
