CLOC as Applikation and Editor for Simple Electric Circuits

CLOC is archived as CLOC.jar file and is started with a double click As application CLOC offers an editor where circuits can be designed, modified and saved. In most cases the use of the interface should be straightforward. Some additional remarks follow below.

left: 2D-representation of a circuit with graphical display of current and its direction
right: 3D-representation of the circuit with the potential curve as a contour. Viewing direction can be changed.

 

Inspector window for indicating any circuit element and for changing the size of a resitor (Call be selecting the element with the right mouse button).

 

Remark:

• The circuit elements are placed by activating an element and selecting a place between two dots of the presented grid.
• The switch in the 2D-window is mouse sensitive.
• Only one power supply can be placed for each single circuit.
• Any developed circuit can be saved as *.txt file and can be reloaded by CLOC.
• Selecting a circuit elements with the right mouse button opens an inspector to inspect or edit some element parameters.
